Industrialwelding on site.
What we do on board, we do on land too: on-site welding for industry, plant engineering and repairs. With our own crew and our own equipment.
Welding on board means tight spaces, heights and time pressure. That helps on land too. We bring shipbuilding discipline to your plant.

Good to know.
What operators, plant builders and main contractors want to know before the first job.
01Which processes and materials do you weld?
Our welders are qualified to EN ISO 9606 for processes 135, 136 and 138 (MAG), 141 (TIG), 111 (MMA) and 131 (MIG). We weld steel, stainless steel, aluminium, duplex and CuNi.
02Who supervises the welding?
Welding coordination to EN ISO 14731. Our welding engineer (IWE) plans the work, sets the procedures and checks the execution. Procedure qualifications to EN ISO 15614 are in place; we send records on request.
03Do you work in running plants?
Yes, when the operator approves. We only do hot work with a permit, a barricaded work area and a fire watch. Larger jobs are best planned into your shutdown.
04What about safety?
Our field staff work to SCC/SCP and with full protective equipment. In confined spaces we only work with extraction and a standby person.
05Which contract forms are possible?
A works contract at a fixed price or on a time and materials basis. We come with our own site management, our own equipment and our own welding coordination.
06Where do you work?
We are based in Lübeck and work throughout Germany and beyond.
